You require a degree holder to man your appliance showroom? Why is that? I understand that there is a specific qualifications for a certain role but this is way too much. Give the undergrad a chance.
A chance to have a shot in life. I do not think that the success of your yourappliance company is primarily dependent on the educational attainment of your employees.
Get an undergrad who can match the same enthusiasm and passion at work. These are the qualities that last long and not your pleasing personality require ment. Lastly, may your Human Resource be human. Thank you.
