Noong Martes, tila nag-trending ang sikat na singer na si Lea Salonga, matapos itong magbigay ng komento tungkol sa sa isang module ng Deped, kung saan diumano ipinapakita ang maling paniniwala at pag-discriminate sa mga taong may tattoo.
Sa kanyang Facebook post, ibinahagi ni Salonga ang larawan ng nasabing module, at ang bahagi ng tanong na "Ang Tattoo ay simbolo ng___", at mga kasagutan na ito sa ibaba na pagpipilian ng mga mag-aaral:
A. pagiging kriminal
B. pagkaalipin
C. kagitingan at kagandahan
D. pagiging mababa ng katayuan sa lipunan

Ayon diumano sa larawang ibinahagi, ang tamang kasagutan ayon sa DepEd ay Letter A, "pagiging kriminal". Dahilan kung bakit nag-react si Salonga at nadismaya sa larawan.
"Okay, someone would need to tell me if this thing is really ok’d by the DepEd. And if so, WHAT KIND OF BS IS THIS??? " ani sikat na singer.

Matapos ang ilang araw, ginulat ni Salonga ang mga netizens at kanyang followers ng mag-post ito muli ng update sa nasabing 'Deped Tattoo story', ngayon ay upang humingi ng paumanhin tungkol sa kanyang naging pahayag kamakailan.
Ani Salonga, mayroon daw nagpaabot ng mensahe sa kanya na nagpaliwanag ng buong katotohanan tungkol sa nasabing module. Bagamat hindi niya direktang pinangalanan kung sino ang nag-message sa kanya, agad namang humingi ng paumanhin ang singer, matapos malaman ang totoo.
Ani Salonga, mayroon daw nagpaabot ng mensahe sa kanya na nagpaliwanag ng buong katotohanan tungkol sa nasabing module. Bagamat hindi niya direktang pinangalanan kung sino ang nag-message sa kanya, agad namang humingi ng paumanhin ang singer, matapos malaman ang totoo.

Lumalabas na ang tamang kasagutan pala ayon mismo sa Deped ay Letter C, "kagitingan at kagandahan".
Agad namang nagpahayag ng pagkadismaya si Salonga sa kung sino man ang nagpakalat ng maling impormasyon tungkol sa nasabing module.
Narito ang kanyang buong pahayag:

So, in my amateur opinion, someone out there wants to make someone else look incompetent. Covering up a big part of the page and making it look like the answer key was marking the wrong letter as correct.
For my part in this, allow me to apologize. I just want for our kids to get as good an education as they can get.
As for the saboteur, there’s a special place in hell for the likes of you."
