Nagviral ang courier company na J and T express matapos makuhanan ng isang netizen ng video ang ginagawang pag hagis hagis ng mga tauhan nito sa mga parcel.
Sa nasabing video na ibinahagi ng netizen na si Rowin Castro, makikita ang mga kalalakihan na tila walang pakiaalam sa mga iniitsa nilang parcel na pinagkatiwala sa kanila ng mga customers para maipadala.
Dahil dito, maraming netizen ang nangamba para sa kanilang padala, habang ay iba naman ay nagsabing kaya pala basag minsang ang natatangap nilang parcel.
Ayon na man sa ibang netizen, hindi na sila kailanman magpapa deliver sa J and T Express.
“WTF. I will never choose J&T Express to handle my parcel, never again. Kaya pala minsan may damage, and minsan yupit na yung product, especially that fragile one, they are very careless in handling it,” ani ni @_bensilog sa video.
“Ano bang meaning ng J&T Express? Junk & Throw?” saad naman ni @DJYC_InAction.
“okay. for now on, i will no longer choose j and t express as courier. u guys are dead lol haha bye” ayon naman kay jsteef
“This is the reason why i don't choose J an T express to handle my parcels. Even though they offer a great price for shipping parcels, the quality of their service is way off” ani @IgtanlocGeah*
Samantala, agad namang nagbigay ng pahayag ang courier company dahil sa pangyayari.
Giit ng pamunuan ng J and T, hindi nila tino-tolerate ang ganitong gawain at pangyayari.
“We have received complaints on the mishandling of parcels as shown in a viral video, circulating on social media. We would like to reiterate that we do not tolerate such acts and behavior, and we humbly take responsibility for this incident.”
Kinilala na rin umano ng kumpanya ang mga empleyadong nasa video at papatawan ng kaukulang aksyon. Nagpakumbaba rin ang J and T at inako ang responsibilidad.
“We would also like to assure the public that this is an isolated case. All of our facilities, including our branches and warehouses across the country, are under 24/7 monitoring. We also follow strict protocols in handling the shipments and ensure that these are handled with proper care.”

Nagpasalamat din ang J&T sa mga customers nito na patuloy ang pagsuporta sa kanila at nangakong magbibigay ng incentives matapos ang pang yayari.
“We thank all individuals, especially our customers and employees, for their continuous and trust and support. As a way of showing our gratitude, we are planning to provide incentives for such actions.”
