Sa kauna-unahang pagkakataon mula nang sya ay mag-walk out sa isang event, nagsalita na si Morisette Amon.
Limang araw matapos ang insidente, naglabas na ng statement ang Kapamilya artist.
Maaalalang sukdulan ang pagkadismaya sa kanya ng talent manager na si Jobert Sucaldito noong gabing sya ay mag walk-out ilang minuto lamang bago ang kanyang performance.
“Bastos sya. Wala kang respeto!” sabi ni Sucaldito patungkol sa singer.
Ayon kay Morisette, natagalan bago nya naproseso ang mga naganap na eksena bunga na rin ng kanyang tight schedule.
“Took some time to process things despite the schedules before me, but with much prayer and as I have never done this before, please let me start by saying sorry,” panimula ni Amon.
“What I’ve done was out of character but I still do take full responsibility,” dagdag pa nya.
Paliwanang ng ASAP singer, ang interview sa kanya ni Mario Dumaual ang nag-trigger sa kanya.
“I guess I was also triggered by the surprise interview minutes before performing, regarding the issues between me and my family. This private matter is something I purposely did not want to openly share for fear that healing might not prosper between us. The moment got the best of me, and it wasn’t fair to those who expected me to come out on stage as one of the concert’s guests that evening.”
Humingi naman sya ng paumanhin sa ABS-CBN showbiz reporter.
“I also want to apologize to Sir Mario Dumaual who, I was told, felt bad about the situation. I understand completely that he was only doing his job and values it as much as I do mine,”
“I am overwhelmed though by those who reached out to me with love and support, not just these past couple of days but earlier on this year, during this particularly painful season of my life. I appreciate all of you,” pagpapatuloy ni Morissette.
“I also want to bring light to the concern of many towards my emotional and spiritual well-being. As best as I can, I strive to achieve a sense of balance and stability. I feel for all those who are going through the same thing and just want to remind you, as I have been reminded, that we are not alone,” ika pa nya.
Sinamantala na rin ni Morissette ang pagkakataon para bumati kasabay ng nalalapit na pasko.
“As Christmas is fast approaching, I am also reminded by the coming of our Lord and I am grateful for His love, kindness, forgiveness, and guiding hand in my life. Wishing you all and your families a happy blessed Christmas!” she said.
