A cry of pain from a Netizen named Roy Escudero about his employee in his shop is making rounds in social media now. He's ranting about how Randy Tadeo wasn't given proper justice after he met an accident on his way to work.
The accident
According to Roy, it was Randy's birthday and he was on his way to work at around 7am. He was excited to go to work because he will ask if he can take half day off so he can treat his wife and family to Jollibee.
Unfortunately, he never got to the shop, he was ran over by a car.
The delay
What angers Roy the most is that according to the bystanders and those who witnessed the accident, he was lying there on the road for 1 hour before they even took him to the hospital.
The reason behind the delay is that they were waiting for the investigators to come. The netizens in the comments are suspecting that they waited so they will know is at fault.
Roy's point for posting is that they could have brought him to the hospital 1 kilometer away before investigating the matter.
The loss
After one hour, he was brought to the hospital but it proved to be too late. Blood had already gotten inside his lungs and cost him his life.
Now the one who ran over him is trying to give them P50 for settlement, which, for Roy, only added insult to injury. He is wondering whether they wanted him dead so they can settle because if they kept him alive, they might be spending a lot more than P50.
He also added that he could have given them P50 also, if only they will agree to get run over by him. The post went viral and angered netizens. Comments poured in with prayers and bid for justice.

Pasensya na hindi ko matiis na hindi i-post..
Sya si Randy Tadeo, kasama namin sa shop. Isang masipag na mangagawa, hindi mareklamo at kahit Linggo pumapasok sya para madagdagan ang inuuwi nya sa pamilya. Mababaw lang ang kaligayahan nya, tuwang tuwa na pag aabutan ko ng 100 pesos na tip para sa paglinis ng sasakyan ko, at mapameryenda sya na may pandesal at coke.
Nakakalungkot dahil sa araw ng Birthday nya, before 7am ayon sa wife nya, umalis sya para pumunta sa shop at para mag paalam na mag ha-half day lang sya at kukuha ng sahod para mai-treat nya ang mga anak nya sa jollibee. Kaso dina sya nakarating sa shop..
Naaksidente sya sa kalakasan ng ulan. Nakakahinagpis lang kasi buhay pa naman sya, pero almost 1 hour daw bago sya dinala sa hospital na wala pang 1 kilometer ang layo, napuno na ng dugo ang lungs nya dahil hinintay muna ang imbestigador.. Mas mahalaga ba ang Legal matters kaysa sa buhay? O mas ginusto nilang mamatay para maliit lang ang magagastos nila!?
Hindi ko kilala ang naka aksidente sakanya, pero nakakagalit, habang tinitingnan ko ang pictures na kuha ng bystanders.. pinapanuod lang sya habang untiunting namamatay. At sa huli aalokin nila ang pamilya nya ng 50k para sa settlement, at patay na sya! Kaya ko din po kayo alukin nyan, basta papayag po kayong sagasaan ko din kayo!
Randy, awang awa talaga ako sa sinapit mo.. Mahirap talagang mabuhay na mahirap sa ganitong lipunan, dahil ipinagkakait sayo ang karapatang mabuhay..😔
