Boracay, photo by HiddenTruthPH |
In the Facebook post of the page Hidden Truth PH, they exposed the reality of Boracay’s environmental issues. Disgusting sewage canals lead directly to the white sand beach were revealed after Typhoon Urduja took the sands that hid it from plain sight away.
The page argues that Boracay has earned a lot from environmental fees of tourists yet they have no water treatment facilities to manage waste water of the island.
Hidden Truth PH commended the actions of Duterte, it stated that was about time for someone to clean this defiled paradise.
Here’s the full post of Hidden Truth PH:
This is the REAL #BORACAY now.... This photo was taken last December of 2017 (Typhoon Urduja). #SAVEBoracay#ParadiseNoMore
